Summary for families
Kidoio Kids is a child-facing companion app designed to be managed by a parent or guardian through Kidoio Parents. Children do not create their own account, do not provide an email address, and do not see advertising in the app.
The app helps a child watch parent-approved videos and complete learning quizzes. Parents control the child profile, language, review queue, and content permissions.
Information we process
We process the minimum information needed to operate the family account and the child experience. This may include a parent email address, child profile nickname, age band, language preference, approved or requested videos, quiz progress, and app diagnostics needed to keep the service reliable.
We do not ask children for contact information, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, or advertising identifiers.
No ads or behavioral tracking
Kidoio Kids does not show third-party advertising, does not sell child personal information, and does not use child activity for cross-app behavioral advertising.
Parent control
Parents and guardians can review child profiles, approve or reject requested videos, adjust language and focus settings, and contact us to request account deletion or data help.
Children's privacy
We design Kidoio Kids to support child privacy requirements, including data minimization and parent-controlled use. If we learn that child personal information has been collected in a way that is not described here, we will delete it or obtain appropriate parental consent.
